IMO 污染防治和應變次委員會第十屆會議 (PPR 11) 重點提要

1. 1. 通過減少國際航運黑碳排放對北極影響的建議性目標導向控制措施指南(Guidance on best practice on recommendatory goal-based control measures to reduce the impact on the Arctic of Black Carbon emissions from International Shipping)草案；
   2. 制定降低北極水域船舶重油(heavy fuel oil, HFO)燃料使用和載運的風險措施準則；
   3. 關於航運貨櫃運輸塑膠微粒(plastic litter)的建議通函草案和清除船舶洩漏塑膠微粒的最佳做法準則；
   4. 就《氮氧化合物技術章程》(NOx Technical Code)修正案達成共識，允許船用柴油機使用多樣主機運作(multiple engine operational profiles, MEOP)，亦同意對該章程進行修訂，以改善對船上現有引擎的重新認證；
   5. 制定《防止船舶污染國際公約》(International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships, MARPOL)附則IV修正案的工作計畫，以提高污水處理裝置(sewage treatment plant, STP)的性能。
